Before founding Prime Colors Painting, Alex Dias spent over 14 years as a design engineer in the automotive industry, including roles at Ford Motor Company and Stellantis, developing interior systems, coordinating cross-functional teams across Brazil, China, India, and the U.S., and managing projects from concept through production release.
He holds post-graduate specializations in Engineering & Project Management and in Quality, Health, Environment & Work Safety Management (QSMS), and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. That's not resume filler. It's the reason Prime Colors runs projects with a written scope, a real schedule, and a jobsite that gets cleaned up the same way every time.
It's also why we could get cleared onto an active healthcare facility's safety program without blinking: quality control and job-site safety aren't new to Alex, they're the discipline he built his first career on.
